A key component of knowledge development is the exchange of meaningful information. Often extremely valuable and relevant information comes from your peers. This section of the Nonprofit Director website facilitates this process by allowing you to inform you nonprofit board member peers about print and electronic material that you've read or viewed. Whether it is a book, an article from a magazine, or a video you've viewed, if you think your peers will benefit from being exposed to the same item, please contribute a review to this section.
In your review, which should not exceed 250 words, please define the value you received and why you think your peers will benefit from the item. Also make sure that you provide relevant information about the source, such as the title, publisher, author, and publication date. If the source is online, please provide the URL.
Feel free to contact us if you have questions about the appropriateness of an item you would like to submit.
Submissions should be sent to Malcolm McIntyre, director of communications at the Alliance for Children and Families. For verification purposes, please include pertinent contact information.
